**Executive Assistant to Clinical Psychologist**

**Executive Assistant Duties**:
- Support scientific research and publication
- Transcribe reports and other material when requested
- Assist with clinic growth plans
- Support psychologist recruitment efforts
- Schedule appointments and prepare background material for meetings
- Research topics as directed
- Complete personal, family-related, and business-related errands
- Back up support for CRUX Office Administrator
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**:
- Two-years experience in an executive assistant or research assistant or administrative role, preferably in a clinic, office, or university environment, considered an asset
- University degree or college diploma from a relevant discipline considered an asset
- Trustworthy and discreet in dealing with confidential information
- Works well under pressure and with tight timelines
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Career and achievement focussed
- Highly organized
- Flexible, multitasker
- Strong attention to detail
- Polite, thoughtful, kind, and conscientious
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
**Hours, Salary and Location**:
35 hours per week at $23.00 per hour. On site attendance required.
