**Business Overview**:
USD C&P PCS domain is looking to fill a specialist position within its Data Governance and Model Management function revolving around Data Stewardship, Model Management and Sanctions filtering. The position will have the responsibility of leading the domain’s overall data governance program managing data quality, data lineage, data integrity, and supporting sound data analytics and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
Participate in the management of the Data Governance program within the domain.
- Act in the capacity of the Data Steward for USD C&P
- Develop and document control structures within the domain to ensure accuracy and quality of data through all upstream and downstream channels
- Coordinate the resolution of data integrity, quality, and accuracy gaps by working with the Business Owners, Data Owners, Data Custodians and Enterprise Data Management.
- Assist the Data Governance group within USD C&P PCS in the evolution and execution of the data governance framework, policy, standards, and procedures.
- Drive / liaise with internal and external team on projects around data and/or model management
- Participate in the implementation and use of models within the domain.
- Coordinate with RISK IRC on model validation engagements, including planning model validation and remediation of findings if any.
- Document and ensure models are in compliance with USD C&P PCS and RISK IRC Model Governance Policies on Change Management, Model Performance and Operational Controls.
- Work with model users to ensure adequate testing and documentation of performance monitoring including the creation of reporting for the monthly and quarterly model performance KPIs.
- Knowledge of BSA/AML/OFAC Sanctions filtering with focus on model tuning and optimization.
- Monitor the outputs of the various models for consistency in decisions and review inconsistent decisions to determine root cause
- Training staff to improve overall process. Liaise with internal teams and compliance to provide guidance to both staff and the model. Improve filter tuning and or false hit mitigations
- Creation and establishment of monitoring and performance metric for the USD C&P domain
**Minimum Required Qualifications**
- 8-10 years of experience in banking with a minimum of an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information technology, Banking and Finance Business administration or a field with experience in systems administration, analysis, and reporting.
