PureLogic IT Solutions is currently recruiting a self-driven and pro-active individual for our Proposal Writer position. This is an excellent opportunity to thrive across all areas of IT, hardware, software, cloud technology, cyber security, defence infrastructure, as well as professional services._- Proposal writer will facilitate and coordinate the proposal preparation process from the kick-off of an active proposal pursuit through final delivery and post-submittal follow-up._

**Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities**
- Assist in all phases of the proposal process and submitting a fully compliant proposal that meets all requirements of the solicitation
- Analyze and identify all requirements and criteria for evaluation in, and create a proposal compliance matrix
- Prepare updates and maintain the proposal schedule
- Compile RFP questions from the proposal team and ensure they are submitted to the client on time
- Schedule and facilitate all proposal review meetings, maintain and track proposal task lists/action items
- Register the Company in appropriate portals for RFP/Bid Opportunities and Notifications
- Assist in the production of proposal response documents (printing, copying, binding, shipping, or creating electronic files for transfer/upload)
- Perform additional functions, duties, and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary to achieve assigned objectives
- Identify potential subcontractors, vendors, and teaming partners
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope
- Participate in strategy sessions led by the Business Development team to develop winning approaches
- Submit Quarterly SLSA Reports, track and proactively update SKU’s, pricing with an emphasis on FX Rate fluctuations and concurrent trends
- Other responsibilities as needed
**Skills & Attributes**
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience writing proposals
- Familiarity with government contracting is an asset
- Proficient understanding of Federal Acquisition process
- Intermediate skills using MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint
- Strong knowledge of current Hardware and Software including their innerworkings within a Secure network and Cloud environment
- Ability to communicate, influence, and gain commitment of proposal team
- Ability to work in a face-paced, changing work environment and prioritize multiple competing tasks and demands
- Ability to be flexible to work alternate schedules, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate other team members
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently
