The Human Resources and Office Administrator is responsible for overseeing various administrative activities that support our Packaging Services Business Unit. This role will also be responsible for providing support in all aspects of HR, while helping to plan and oversee corporate events and activities.

**Here are some of the different activities you’ll be asked to do**:
Human Resources
- Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for plant positions and support recruitment efforts for all other Packaging Services roles
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Maintain employee files and conduct audits as necessary
- Support the coordination of employee recognition programs, including service anniversaries and retirement celebrations
- Assist with the rollout of annual HR training to employees

Office Administration
- Process all administrative requirements of the Packaging Services leadership team members as requested
- Greet visitors upon arrival
- Distribute incoming mail and process outgoing mail
- Support the ‘We Care Committee’ in organizing/executing events and programs (ex. annual barbecue, holiday activities, seasonal contests, fundraising events, etc.)
- Coordinate refreshments and meal requirements for internal lunch meetings and customer visits
- Monitor and manage the ordering of corporate office supplies, as well as refreshment/lunch supplies in meeting rooms
- Manage bulletin board communications
- Some travel to London location may be required

- A college diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- 1-3 years of HR administrative experience
- Exceptional organization skills with strong attention to detail
- A results driven bias and ability to relate to people at all levels
- A passion for internal customer service
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
