This job posting is for a customer service position.**_ **You will be required to** - Provide a timely and professional customer service to the clients we insure; - Negotiate renewals and process modifications of insured’s contracts ; - Analyze and understand the risks/needs of current and offer the appropriate products accordingly; - Explain coverages in a simplified way; - Identify upselling and cross selling opportunities and translate them into sales; - Demonstrate empathy when a client suffers a loss and needs to open a claim. **This job is for you if you** - Have passed your 3 AMF exams for Personal Lines Damage insurance.
