We offer day, afternoon and night shifts including weekends with the flexibility to choose your own schedule. This position is a great supplement to your current employment while also offering the opportunity to work full time hours depending on availability.

**Casual, Flexible hours to fit your schedule**. **Hours range from 24 to 40 hours a week.**

**Competitive rate of pay ranging from $25-$28 per hour**

**Responsibilities**:
To provide meaningful and accountable support and services that will have a positive impact on the quality of life for individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Support residents with activities of daily living, behaviour management, life skills
- Engage and support residents in community activities, appointments
- Administer medications
- Preparing meals and light housekeeping

**Qualifications**:

- Must have DSW, SSW, CSW, PSW Diploma or equivalent
- Documentation of full Covid-19 vaccination
- Minimum 1 year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
- Certification in CPR and First Aid
- Safe Management Certification / CPI or be willing to obtain
- Can meet the physical demands of the position
- Valid G-class driver's license and have a reliable vehicle
- Must have an updated police check with vulnerable sector search
- Experience in approved behavioural intervention techniques an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
