**Responsibilities**

**Processing Team Leadership**:

- Lead and motivate a small team to prepare produce trays and chopped fruit/vegetables.
- Assign tasks and ensure the team meets production goals.
- Provide feedback to improve performance and product quality.

**Production Planning**:

- Create and manage production schedules to meet customer orders on time.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure enough materials and supplies are available.

**Quality Control**:

- Check the quality of produce to make sure it meets company standards.
- Ensure products are fresh, properly prepared, and free from defects.
- Look for ways to improve efficiency and reduce waste in the production process.

**Food Safety and Hygiene**:

- Ensure all food safety guidelines and sanitation standards are followed.
- Oversee cleaning of work areas and equipment to maintain hygiene.
- Oversee the proper use of equipment (e.g., slicers, peelers) and ensure it is well-maintained.

**Requirements**:

- Proven leadership experience.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in store management or team supervision is preferred.
