**SERVICE ADVISOR / SALES ASSOCIATE**

I-ZAN TIRE is looking for a new Service Advisor/ Sales Associate to help serve the community of Weyburn and area.

**What we are looking for**:

- Energetic individual with experience in customer service to handle sales at the front desk
- Individual must be tech savvy and willing to work with multiple computer programs
- Preferred experience with P.O.S systems and daily booking techniques

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customers needsand provide information on product features
- Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
- Follow and achieve department’s sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
- “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
- Daily upkeep on bookkeeping and vendor statements
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
- Process POS (point of sale) purchases
- Handle returns of merchandise
- Delegate workload to technicians in timely fashion
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g., planning marketing activities)
