Title: Cooks Wanted for El Gringos Taco Truck in Muskoka

El Gringos is seeking two talented cooks to join our team for the summer season. Our taco

truck is located in a beautiful area on the Muskoka Beer Spa, and lodging is available for our

staff. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy a great work-life balance while creating

flavorful, modern tacos that draw inspiration from the chef's time at Pujol Restaurant.

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparing and cooking food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Maintaining a clean and sanitary work area

Operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Working closely with the team to provide excellent customer service
- Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Qualifications:

- Experience working as a cook in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Passion for creating high-quality, delicious food

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work weekends and holidays

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $200 per day plus tips, with no servers to split the tips with,

meaning all tips go directly to the kitchen staff.
