Two years of cooking experience is required Must be available to work nights and weekends, though there can be flexibility in scheduling. We are located within walking distance of the transitway.

**Duties**:

- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, such as chopping vegetables and marinating meats
- Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies
- Ensure that food is stored properly and at the correct temperature
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
- Monitor food levels and replenish items as needed
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all safety and health regulations

**Skills**:

- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills to ensure orders are prepared in a timely manner
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to collaborate with the kitchen team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
