**What’s the ask?**

Reporting to the Supervisor, Billing, the Billing Support Agent is responsible to support the billing team with day-to-day tasks. The incumbent is expected to gain a thorough understanding of the in-house system.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily operations relating to printing
- Ensuring proper sorting and distribution of documents
- Efficient and accurate data entry in our in-house system

**What does it take?**
- Proficiency with MS Office and very good knowledge of Excel, Windows Products and Windows
- Bilingual in French and English, is not required but considered a very strong asset Good organizational, time management and prioritizing skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Ability to manage multiple demands
