- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of plumbing systems
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Ability to weld pipes and fittings as required
- Basic math skills for measuring, cutting, and assembling pipes
- Ability to use calipers for precise measurements
- Knowledge of HVAC systems is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify issues and provide effective solutions
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces
