KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Execute line shifts with precision, timeliness, and consistency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station from start to finish
- Prepare ingredients and dishes to exact specifications, with thoughtful attention to detail and proper technique
- Actively taste and adjust as needed to uphold C&Q quality standards
- Communicate clearly with both FOH and BOH teammates — especially regarding 86’d items, substitutions, or prep needs
- Follow Foodsafe standards and C&Q kitchen protocols to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
- Support team flow with proactive prep, clean-down, and thoughtful station setup
- Be receptive to feedback, willing to learn, and generous in supporting others

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:

- A working knowledge of kitchen equipment and food handling best practices
- The ability to follow recipes with consistency and care
- A collaborative mindset and a strong sense of accountability to team success
- A true appreciation for detail
- Physical ability to work on your feet for 8 hours and lift up to 45lbs
- Flexibility to support prep, dish, and service shifts when needed

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 - 24 per week
