**About this role**
We are currently looking for a motivated individual who wants to grow in their career as a Forklift Operator with one of the most reputable national companies in Canada.

**Requirements**:

- Must have at least **6 months of experience operating forklifts.**:

- Must be comfortable working **rotating shifts **on weekly basis.
- Must be able to independently lift to 50 pounds.
- Must be looking for a long-term opportunity
- Must be able to do basic math functions such as adding, subtracting, and dividing.
- Must be able to read orders for picking and staging of products.
- Must be able to work in hot, dusty, cold, snowy, icy & wet conditions
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work

**Responsibilities**
- Load and unload trucks
- Participate in daily toolbox talks
- Complete the proper material handling equipment inspections to safely operate energized equipment at the site
- Unload inbound packaging materials pallets.
- Participate in pile-covering
- Working efficiently & effectively to get orders filled
- Report inventory discrepancies to Supervisor
- Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.
- Report quality variances and follow sanitation procedures
- Comply with WHMIS and Worksafe standards

**Salary**: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Delhi, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Forklift: 1 year (preferred)
