**About Us**:
We’re looking for a passionate, driven, and experienced **Store Manager** to lead our **Lethbridge** branch and oversee operations at our **Medicine Hat** location. This is a leadership role where you’ll be empowered to drive store performance, build lasting relationships with customers, grow sales, and mentor a dynamic team.**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the Lethbridge store
- Provide high-level oversight and guidance to the Medicine Hat branch
- Manage, coach, and motivate a team of frontline staff and drivers
- Actively engage in outside sales: prospecting, quoting, and following up on leads
- Ensure top-tier customer service and handle escalated service issues
- Be accountable for meeting sales goals, margin targets, and branch performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing collision centers, body shops, dealerships, and industrial accounts
- Assist with hiring, scheduling, team development, and store morale
- Collaborate closely with the company’s Operations Manager for support, strategy, and issue resolution
**Qualifications**:
- Prior experience in retail/wholesale store management or sales leadership
- Excellent communication, team leadership, and customer-service skills
- Strong work ethic, solution-oriented mindset, and self-starter attitude
- Comfortable in both sales and operational leadership
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Familiarity with the **collision repair industry** is a strong asset, but not required
