**Responsibilities**:

- Perform general maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing, electrical systems, and HVAC units in apartment units
- Conduct routine inspections to identify issues and ensure facilities are in good working condition
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from tenants or management
- Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
- Runnung Errands
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of work areas
- Assist in renovation projects by providing skilled labor
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Collaborate with colleagues to prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently
- Garbage Hauling
- Changing Locks
- Painting
- Cleaning
- Snow removal and grass cutting

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures and techniques
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with tenants and team members
- Physical stamina and strength to handle manual labor tasks
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and regulations
- Valid driver's license
- Company vehicle provided
- Certification in relevant trades (e.g., plumbing, electrical) is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
