**About the role**

We are excited to offer an incredible opportunity for a strategic and visionary leader to join our team as we expand and strengthen Ogury’s presence in the Canadian market. We are looking for someone with strong leadership skills and a passion for growth to help drive us through this pivotal phase.

As the Country Director, you will be responsible for developing and integrating Ogury’s brand in the Canadian market, overseeing team development, client acquisition and onboarding, revenue generation, and the subsequent growth of our Canadian operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on the challenge of scaling in new markets and is eager to build something impactful from the ground up. This role will report directly to the General Manager, Americas, and is based in our Toronto office. We promote a flexible and inclusive work environment, with an average of two in-office days per week.

**What you will do**:
- Drive the achievement of regional revenue targets, ensuring consistent growth and success
- Cultivate and leverage relationships with key clients from other parts of Ogury, expanding their presence in the local territory
- Increase awareness of Ogury in the local market through client engagement, marketing initiatives, speaking opportunities, and participation in conferences
- Build and lead the local team, while training and developing individuals and teams to thrive in their roles and fostering cross-functional collaboration amongst teams
- Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans that support the achievement of regional goals through cost-effective operations and market development strategies
- Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with regional brands and agencies to foster long-term success
- Oversee the regional budget and P&L, manage operational costs, identify cost-saving opportunities, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor financial activities
- Collaborate closely with leadership to enhance the company’s brand presence and contribute creative ideas to strengthen its profile in the market

**What you will bring to Ogury**:
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, with a track record of successfully selling AdTech solutions within a regional market for a rapidly growing company
- Strong expertise in selling mobile and programmatic solutions to leading global brands and holding companies
- Experience in developing and managing teams, with a demonstrated ability to lead a regional office effectively
- A results-oriented approach to holding teams accountable for targets and activities, with solid experience in monitoring and evaluating sales progress via CRM to ensure alignment with expectations and adjusting behaviors to meet performance goals
- In-depth understanding of operational processes involved in running a sales business, and proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Marketing, HR, and more
- Strong decision-making capabilities, taking responsibility for personal, team, and office performance
- A high level of empathy and understanding when leading your team, with the ability to provide situational leadership, mentorship, motivation, and consistent, constructive feedback
- Willingness to travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners to foster key relationships

$200,000 - $230,000 a year

The salary for the Country Director role is between **$20,000 - $230,000 CAD annually**
