Job Posting - Retail Associate

**Job Title**: Retail Associate (Full-time & Part-time)

Join our team at Palma Pasta to help ensure daily store operations run smoothly while providing excellent customer care. We are hiring for both **full-time and part-time** positions.

**Job Duties**:

- Greet and welcome customers and offer assistance
- Take catering orders and answer phones
- Provide product knowledge to customers
- Keep the store stocked, clean, and organized
- Handle cash register duties and other store tasks as needed

**Requirements**:

- Experience in retail or food industry is an asset, but not required
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Able to provide excellent customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

**Other Details**:

- Shift work, with availability required during the week and on weekends
- Competitive wage, with opportunity for group benefits
- 30-40 hours/week for full-time, flexible hours for part-time
