This role is suitable for an individual who is interested in teaching 3-5 classes per week to add to their training schedule. Classes take place in the evenings between 7pm-9pm Mondays and Thursdays. There may be one morning class opportunity at 10am on Thursdays, as well as potential for taking on 1 on 1 clients if desired.

We are looking for someone with a passion for fitness to lead high energy Kickboxing classes. Some classes mix elements of strength training and stretching/mobility training so experience with these styles is an asset.

This position starts with 3 classes per week at $30 per class. After 3 months, pay will increase to $40 per class with the option to take on additional classes and potentially 1 on 1 clients if desired.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct recreational Kickboxing classes (no contact, punching bags only) and provide instruction to participants
- Create and implement workout routines that are safe and effective
- Demonstrate proper form and technique for exercises
- Provide modifications and variations for different fitness levels

Qualifications:

- PT or group training certification
- Experience with leading Kickboxing workouts is necessary
- Experience with leading strength training workouts an asset
- Time management skills to effectively plan and organize fitness classes

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 5 per week
