**About the Role**:
The Office Manager is a vital member of the Faculty of Business, Communication Studies and Aviation team, responsible for overseeing daily office operations and ensuring a productive and collaborative work environment. This dynamic role involves supervising administrative staff, coordinating office activities, and managing critical operational processes. With a focus on efficiency, leadership, and organizational excellence, the Office Manager supports key decision-making by preparing detailed reports, managing budgets, and implementing best practices across the Faculty.

This full-time position also includes overseeing event coordination and vendor permits, contributing to a vibrant and well-organized faculty culture.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, ensuring adherence to university policies and resolution of operational issues.
- Lead and manage projects related to effective Faculty operations.
- Manage budgets as assigned.
- Develop and implement best practices for the Faculty.
- Coordinate the flow of information across academic units to ensure smooth operations.
- Serve as a liaison between the Faculty, Dean’s Office, and other university departments including but not limited to: Facilities, Access & Inclusion and Scheduling.
- Coordinate staff responsible for faculty onboarding, scheduling and other associated processes and functions.
- Support staff in the planning and execution of faculty events, ensuring all logístical details are addressed.
- Prepare reports on admissions, student numbers, and other key metrics to support Faculty decision-making.
- Analyze data and generate insights for quality assurance, accreditation, and impact assessment.
- Supervise and manage Administrative Assistants, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
