We are seeking an energetic, dependable Cashier to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can remain calm and courteous under pressure, and is not afraid to roll up their sleeves. You will play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and helping with the day-to-day operations that keep our business running smoothly — including late-night shifts that run late into the night.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them throughout their visit.
- Handle difficult customer situations with professionalism and patience, including interactions with the homeless community.
- Accurately process transactions using the POS system, including cash and card handling.
- Take customer orders over the phone and record them clearly and legibly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store.
- Perform regular stocking, restocking, and cleaning tasks throughout your shift.
- Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive and efficient work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Must have Valid Pro Serve
- Must be available for late-night shifts ending as late as 2:30-3:00am.
- Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required.
- Have strong communication skills and be able to speak clearly on the phone.
- Ability to write clearly, for taking phone orders.
- Comfortable dealing with a variety of customer interactions, including challenging or high-pressure situations.
- Able to stand for long periods and perform regular physical tasks like lifting, cleaning, and stocking.
- It is an asset if you have knowledge of the products but not required

We provide full training for all tasks, so prior experience isn’t required. What we’re really looking for is someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow with our team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Casual

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
