**Job Overview**
Reports to: Environmental Services Manager
Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible for providing high quality housekeeping/laundry services for residents and guests in accordance with regulatory/legislative requirements, and Company policies, procedures and guidelines.
Job Duties:
**Cleans assigned areas, suites, furnishings and fixtures in accordance with established housekeeping cleaning schedule (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.) and procedures.**
Cleans floors, dry mops, wet mops, sweeps, disinfects where and when necessary.
**Launders resident bedding, towels or personal items, as per cleaning schedule.**
Reports observations to supervisor concerning structural and equipment wear, defects and malfunctions, and documents in maintenance repair log.
**Adhere to all appropriate workplace regulations, compliance's, legislation and Company policies and procedures.**
Maintain, the highest standards of professionalism by following the Company dress code and/or wearing the Company uniform.
**Participate in all Health and Safety, Fire Safety, Infection Control and related activities as required.**
Attend all staff meetings and mandatory training.
**Perform other duties as assigned.**
**Performance Requirements**
Continuously follow the principles of “good customer service” and ensure that these values are demonstrated in day to day practices.
**Interact effectively with team members, residents, families, visitors, and external service providers.**
Able to work under limited supervision

Pay: From $17.82 per hour
