Barista/cashier/server

Job Overview:

You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing delicious beverages in a fast-paced environment. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy creating memorable experiences for customers, we would love to hear from you.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages, teas, and other drinks
- Take customer orders and process payments using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines
- Assist with food preparation, such as sandwiches, pastries, and snacks
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
- Follow company policies and procedures for quality control and consistency
- Maintain stock availability (ex. Cups, paper towel)

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in food service or cashiering is required
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
