We are looking for an optometric assistant to join our growing team Our full-scope, 5 doctor Optometry clinic is located in the heart of Carleton Place. We pride ourselves on being community oriented and dedicated to the highest level of patient care. We are searching for a new team member who shares these same core values.

Responsibilities include:

- warmly welcoming patients as the arrive for their appointments
- preliminary testing before patients see the Optometrist: auto-refractor, lensometer, tonometer
- acquiring retinal imaging on patients: Optos and OCT
- performing automated visual field tests
- Aiding with front desk administrative duties

Experience working in an Optometric clinic is an asset but not required.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
