**Cleaning Technician**

**Pay**: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
**Hours**: 40 per week

**Key Responsibilities**
- Operate and maintain exterior cleaning equipment (pressure washers, telescopic poles, ladders, hoses, etc.)
- Complete assigned jobs efficiently and to company quality standards
- Identify and document site issues, obstructions, and deficiencies
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Communicate clearly with teammates and clients
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to work outdoors in all conditions

**Qualifications**

**Required**:

- Canadian residency with a valid SIN number
- Reliable, hardworking, and punctual attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Willingness to work at heights
- Smartphone with mobile data for communication
- Ability to commute to Richmond or job sites across the Lower Mainland

**Preferred**:

- 1+ year of experience in **pressure washing, window cleaning, or gutter cleaning**:

- Experience using **extension ladders** and **Tucker poles**:

- Previous outdoor experience (roofing, landscaping, construction)
- Valid **driver’s licence** and reliable transportation

**Compensation**
- **Starting wage**: $20/hour (no experience)
- **Bonus pay**: Performance-based
- **Pay reviews**: Conducted periodically based on skill and reliability

**Work Location**
- On the road throughout **Metro Vancouver**:

- Reporting base**:Richmond, BC**
