The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced full-time Bookkeeper.

This role is offered on a hybrid (remote/onsite) basis.

**Following are the requirements**:

- Accounts payable - coding and processing of vendor invoices
- Verifying vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions
- Prepare weekly cheque runs
- Accounts receivable - creating customer invoices and posting payments.
- Collections - sending out monthly statements and following up of unpaid accounts
- Bank Reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Assisting with bi-weekly payroll
- Work independently with mínimal supervision
- Quickbooks and Excel experience a must
