Production Scheduler

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Develop and maintain production schedules based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and capacity constraints.
- Collaborate with various departments including manufacturing, procurement, and sales to align production plans with business objectives
- Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to meet changing demands
- Prepare reports on scheduling performance metrics for management review
- Participate in cross-functional teams to support continuous improvement initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience in production scheduling or a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with MRP systems; experience with ERP is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of demand planning and supply chain processes.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and provide optimistic solutions
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.05-$80,000.00 per year
