**Position Overview**

We are seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a Truck Driver / Mover for the Saskatoon Restore. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up and delivering donated items, supporting our shipping and receiving operations, and ensuring timely and safe transportation of donations. This position is focused primarily on driving and moving duties and does not involve cash handling or retail floor responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**
- Pick-Up & Delivery: Drive a company truck to pick up and deliver donated items across Saskatoon and surrounding areas.
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload donations, ensuring proper handling and care of items.
- Shipping & Receiving: Support shipping and receiving operations at the ReStore, maintaining an organized and efficient back-of-store area.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Perform basic checks and maintenance of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe and working condition (e.g., oil checks, tire pressure, etc.).
- Compliance & Safety: Follow all traffic laws, safety protocols, and compliance requirements, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Communication: Coordinate pick-up schedules with donors and maintain clear communication with the ReStore management team.
- Documentation: Maintain logs related to donations, vehicle usage, and related operations.
- Volunteer Support: Provide direction to volunteers involved in loading/unloading and ensure adherence to ReStore policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and move heavy items safely.
- Understanding of Habitat for Humanity’s Mission and dedication to supporting community efforts.
- Ability to Work in Various Environments, including indoor and outdoor conditions.
- Basic Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving processes.
- Team-Oriented & Reliable: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Preferred: Experience in moving, truck driving, or related fields. Certifications in equipment operation, construction, or mechanics are an asset.
- Acceptable Criminal Record Check (must be provided prior to offer acceptance).

**Work Conditions**
- CSA-certified protective footwear must be worn while working.
- Primary duties will focus on driving, donation pick-up, and supporting back-end operations.
- Outdoor work included in all seasons.
- No cash handling or direct sales duties are required for this role.
