**What you'll do**:

- Collaborate with the cofounders and VP of Software Engineering to define the strategic direction for our cloud platform product, ensuring alignment with our business goals and market needs.
- Develop, maintain and execution of the product roadmap, balancing short-term priorities with long-term vision.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify customer pain points, preferences, and trends.
- Create a clear and well-defined strategy for the product. This includes understanding market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and business goals to develop a vision for the product's direction.
- Work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather requirements and feedback and translate these insights into actionable features and improvements for the product.
- Supervising the QA process and acceptance of the product releases.
- Maintain open and effective communication with stakeholders, executives, customers, and other teams and provide updates on the product's progress.
- Work closely with engineering, marketing, sales, and production teams to ensure successful product launches and iterations.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the product, ensuring that product initiatives drive business objectives.

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- You're an experienced product management leader
- You have 7+ years of experience in product management
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and decision-making skills are second nature to you.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience in agile development methodologies and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management.
- A user-centric mindset and a passion for delivering products that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; MBA or similar advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to travel to our Alberta facilities.
