**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools as necessary for cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Conduct commercial cleaning in various settings, ensuring adherence to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning needs and supplies.
- Assist in custodial duties such as waste disposal and restocking supplies.
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting any damages or issues observed during cleaning.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed for cleaning equipment and supplies.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members positively.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards within the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required by the job.
