Established in Halifax, NS, in 1996, Samuel & Co. has focused its initiatives on providing the ladies of Atlantic Canada with boutique fashions in the convenience of a mall setting. Today, Samuel & Co. is thriving with its nine stores across Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, and Newfoundland.

Are you a creative, inspiring, driven leader? Do you have a keen eye for fashion and understand the importance of building and maintaining customer relationships? Then Samuel & Co. is looking for you Come join the team as our newest Team Lead.

**What will you do?**
- Take initiative & inspire your team to generate sales and create lasting customer relationships
- Effectively train & coach the sales team
- Channel your creative side and use your passion for fashion trends to inspire the merchandising in your store
- Communicate product needs with your Store Manager to optimize sales and improve customer loyalty
- Prioritize responsibilities and delegate tasks to truly maximize business

- Effective communication & time management skills are a must
- Ability to lead a team to go above and beyond sales targets
- Must have exceptional one on one selling skills, as well as relationship building savvy
- Excels in merchandising & brand appeal

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dartmouth, NS: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
