**What You’ll Be Doing**
- **Analysis, develop and execution of the Vehicle Incentive Strategy**_
- Complete required analyses using internal and external sources to support the development of the incentive strategy each month
- Based on the analyses, construct the monthly proposals for a specific set of vehicles based on the achievement of the sales volume and profit targets
- Review proposals with management and executives to gain approval for execution into the marketplace
- Executing the communication of the monthly strategy to Zones, Dealers, TCCI and Internal Depts.
- Support SIP by providing short, medium
- and long-term ad hoc studies as required
- **Research, develop and implement new or improved strategies and tools that positively impact the effectiveness and efficiency of Vehicle Incentive impact**_
- Take ownership of maintaining and improving the main decision supporting tools and process
- Research, develop and implement new strategies to deploy vehicle incentives to market in partnership with other depts. (DSSO, Retail Marketing, TFS)
- Identify ways to improve the efficiency of the monthly processes and implement them along with taking responsibility for leading the monthly schedule
- Investigate and develop new research methods and approaches to provide novel and meaningful insight

- Create and update presentations for SIP management & executives
- Cross training with team members to facilitate knowledge transfer and enhanced coverage
- Other duties as required

**What You Bring**
- University degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years’ automotive experience and analytics experience
- Experience with cross-functional teams with multiple stakeholders and set deliverable dates
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and ability to simplify complex concepts to a variety of audiences
- Presentation skills with the ability to persuade
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Strong MS office (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Strong time management abilities
- Customer-focus orientation
- Demonstrated understanding of PDCA (plan, do, check, act)
