**Job Summary**:
CloudKoi Inc. is a dynamic and innovative software solution provider dedicated to cloud services. We are looking for SAP Project Manager to join one of the leading automotive clients in Greater Toronto Area.

**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:Lead the planning, execution, and closure of SAP projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Develop project plans, resource allocation, and timelines, considering SAP functional requirements.

**SAP Functional Expertise**:Utilize your in-depth knowledge of SAP functional modules in SAP S/4HANA to guide project teams and stakeholders.
Provide functional expertise in areas such as Finance, Supply Chain, Human Resources, or other relevant SAP modules.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**:Collaborate with key stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Work closely with SAP consultants and developers to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.

**Risk Management**: Identify potential risks and issues related to SAP projects and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and standards.

**Vendor Management**: Manage relationships with external SAP vendors, consultants, and service providers.
Evaluate and select vendors based on project requirements and organizational goals.

**Change Management**: Implement effective change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during SAP implementations or upgrades.
Train end-users on new SAP functionalities and processes.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular quality assessments to ensure that SAP solutions meet or exceed business expectations.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives based on project feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Information Technology, etc.).
- Proven experience as an SAP Project Manager with a focus on functional modules.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend SAP solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP implementation methodologies.
- Familiarity with SAP integration and data migration strategies.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Experience in managing SAP projects in diverse industries.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies.
- SAP certifications in relevant functional modules.

**Salary**: Up to $115,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:
