**Job description**

Pateno Payments is seeking a Settlement Analyst to join its team. The position would be based in Calgary, AB. The ideal incumbent is one who is highly motivated, and gets things done accurately, effectively and with mínimal supervision.

**Education, Experience and Skills**:

- Relevant Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or college or relevant experience.
- Advanced skills with Excel and general proficiency with MS Word and Outlook.
- Relevant experience in reconciling mass transactions
- Exposure to payment channels such as wires, EFTs, e-transfers and fund transfers
- Background in back-office processing and banking operations

**Specific Responsibilities**:

- Reconciliation of all Settlement files to Treasury and Corporate Client Accounts.
- Investigate unreconciled items to ensure settlement and accurate posting to client accounts.
- Reconciles discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
- Documentation and Support of Settlement & Reporting systems and processes.
