As the Specialist, Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in effectively executing all backend people processes and programs that support the entire lifecycle of our employees. **THE ROLE**

As the Specialist, Talent Management, you will:

- Execute talent lifecycle programs and engage with our people to support and elevate them
- Ensure we always have the best talent for our business needs through effective, timely actions
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring we consistently acquire the best talent for the business
- Support the cultural integration and productivity of new employees
- Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential
- Maximize and accelerate the growth of high performing talent
- Drive continued performance and commitment with strategic, compensation solutions
- Support employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk

**THE QUALIFICATIONS**

The Specialist, Talent Management has:

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

- Broad P&C knowledge
- Experience supporting backend people processes
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business

**THE COMPENSATION**

The typical hiring range for this position is $70,000-$100,000 CAD per year. The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
