Painter/supervisor

**Overview**

**Duties**
- Read blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Perform plastering, caulking, and trim carpentry tasks as part of the finishing process.
- Execute industrial painting tasks on various surfaces including concrete, masonry, and stucco.
- Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project execution.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition; perform basic maintenance as required.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in residential and commercial painting projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction estimating and basic math skills for material calculations.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools commonly used in the painting industry.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics effectively.
- Experience with plastering, caulking, trim carpentry, frame carpentry, and fixture installation is preferred.
- Knowledge of renovation techniques and restoration processes is a plus.
- Previous construction site experience is essential; maintenance person experience is beneficial.
- Understanding of color theory to assist clients in making informed choices about finishes.

Pay: $18.32-$33.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
