We are looking for Full Time Motorcoach Operator/Bus Driver for our Montreal location. Our uniformed operators are graduates of a strict driver training program, with passenger safety as the primary focus. They are fully certified, each holding an Ontario or Quebec Classified Driver's Licence, with a passenger and air brake endorsement. The licencing process requires that each driver meet a standard set by the Ministry of Transportation, including a defensive Driving Program, a strict medical and a comprehensive written and driving test.
**Coach Canada Offers**:
- Highest hourly/daily rates in the industry **23.00 per/hr-up to $245.85 daily rate for multi-day Charters & Tours**:
- Potential earning of $50,000 per year or more
- Signing/Retention program - Earn up to $1,500 in bonuses within the first year. First bonus within the first month of employment
- Excellent Benefits including full dental, vision, medical and life as well as Short and long term disability
- Company Pension program
- Paid Training - $180/daily rate
**Qualifications**:
- Be 21 years or older
- Possess clean drivers abstract
- Have good customer service skills
- Be able to work shift work
- Have no criminal convictions
- Valid Class 2F licence preferred (or Ontario BZ licence)
- Clear Criminal Record Search including a Vulnerable Sector Search
**Experience is an asset**
