We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated **Male Support Worker** to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life. You will work closely with clients, offering support in various settings, including home care, nursing homes, and hospice care. Your commitment to patient care and empathy will be crucial in making a positive impact on the lives of those you serve.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health status.
- Assist with mobility and physical activities, including heavy lifting when necessary.
- Support individuals with dementia or other cognitive impairments through engaging activities and routines.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in client conditions to supervisors.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in caregiving or home care settings is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with dementia care techniques and working with persons with disabilities is an asset.
- Strong skills in patient care, including knowledge of medication administration protocols.
- Experience in hospice care is beneficial for providing compassionate end-of-life support.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as needed to assist clients with mobility challenges.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
- A caring attitude and a strong commitment to enhancing the lives of others through dedicated support.
