**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has high-level of skills and knowledge in residential construction, specifically in renovations
- Enjoys working on a wide array of construction activities
- Knows their limit and work well with a team
- Wants permanent work, **_with a constant 40 hours every week_**, in a team structure environment.
- Has a positive attitude (it's always better when you enjoy being around the people you work with)

**We need someone who**:

- Has at least 10-years of quality construction experience
- Has their own set of basic construction tools
- Has their own vehicle for transportation
- Has impeccable work ethics, shows up to work on time, and avoids the unnecessary cussing.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00-$35.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Carpentry: 10 years (required)
