Retail Customer Service Representative

Crystal Clear Water Centres is a leading provider of water treatment and purification systems in the Tri-City area. Our retail stores offer U-Fill Purified Water, coolers, salt and replacement filters, parts and accessories, in addition to a complete display of water systems.
This entry level position is a part of our front-line team that is responsible for maintaining a smooth functioning retail store by delivering an exceptional customer experience and providing a pleasing store presentation. Shifts may vary from week to week.
**What you'll do**:
Provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with customers and identifying needs to provide the goods and services required to meet those needs.
Complete day-to-day schedule for store operations and maintenance.
Participate in in-store promotions together with the promotion of residential sales and service departments. This includes contacting customers scheduled for maintenance and follow up on customer accounts.
**What you bring**:
Exceptional communication and organizational skills and a people-oriented approach.
A proven track record in retail sales.
Basic computer skills required.
Ability to lift 50 lb. bottles of water repetitively throughout the day.

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
