Position Overview:
Reporting to the Rental Sales Manager, Power Systems Rentals, the Inside Sales Representative - Power Systems is responsible to maintain and develop relationships with an active account base to establish, re-establish, qualify, maintain contact and increase the sales activity with customers.

**Job Description**:

- Proactively develop and build quality relationships with internal & external customers
- Build and submit quotes to customers based on the industry we serve (power generation & compressed air)
- Make product recommendations based on the customer’s business needs
- Work closely with sales force and perform coverage for traveling salespeople
- Preparation of rental quotations and agreements
- Develop and maintain long term strategic relationships with customers by providing consistent, accurate and timely equipment solutions
- Dedication to relevant continuous learning and development; and to continuous process improvement
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships within the team and with other teams
- Problem Solving - Identifying problems and the solutions to them
- Attention to detail - Working in a conscientious, consistent and thorough manner

Qualifications:

- Rental or sales experience would be considered an asset
- Experience with Rentalman software would be considered an asset
- Experience with Power Systems Caterpillar equipment
- Previous work experience in a customer service environment
