Plumbing Labourer

We are looking for a professional, hard working and dedicated Labourer to join our team of Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical experts.

Cornerstone Trade Solutions Inc. is a mid-size Mechanical company in Guelph Ontario specializing in residential and high rise service, residential renovations and commercial construction.

We are a young, energetic and professional company with an eagerness to grow. Labourers needed to service Wellington/Waterloo Regions and surrounding area.

**Requirements**:

- Full G drivers license required (with a clean driving abstract)
- Clear criminal background check
- Solid knowledge of Plumbing Systems
- Ability to work as a member of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong problem solving skills
- Ability to listen and follow to directions
- Ability to make accurate material list for a project and work efficiently
- Demonstrated fluency, both verbal and written, in English
- Good problem solving abilities and flexibility
- Must provide own hand tools, power tools supplied.

Specific Skills:

- Determine piping system requirements and pipe sizing
- Measure, cut, thread and bend pipes to required shape and size
- Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine layout of plumbing system, water supply network and waste and drainage systems
- Install, repair and maintain domestic, commercial or industrial Heating and Air Conditioning systems

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
