**About Us**:
The most dramatic physical changes between ages 1—5 occur in the brain. During these years, children undergo a period of accelerated neural growth called synaptic blooming. The formation of thousands of new connections takes place, and a child’s brain overproduces synapses as it rapidly develops.

There are four key areas of brain development during synaptic blooming, called sensitive periods, and they include expansions in the areas of Language**, **Numbers**,**

The educational system at Core Educational & Fine Arts (CEFA) is one of today’s leading approaches to early childhood education. Its rich academic content is designed to stimulate and foster development during the ages of 1-5. This approach facilitates meaningful learning experiences for children in four key areas of brain development: Language, Numeracy, Peer Social Skills, and Emotional Control/Emotional Intelligence.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content Strategy**:

- Create and maintain a content calendar, outlining key tactical deliverables, deadlines, and content distribution channels.
- Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's goals, target audience, and brand identity for the website, and social media platforms.
- Leverage in-depth research and analysis to understand market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform content strategy decisions.
- Leverage audience personas and tailor content to meet their needs and preferences.
- Develop and manage content guidelines and style guides to ensure consistency and brand voice across all channels.
- *Oversee agency partners and freelancers (content creators, including writers, designers, web developers, and videographers) for the production and scheduling of social media content, and web content by providing strategic guidance and feedback.

**Website**:

- Oversee all websites and publication of organic web content.*
- Oversee production and publication of CEFA online magazine.*
- Manage website goals for organic content.
- Leverage ai in the development and production of written, graphic, and video content.

**Social Media**:

- Oversee all social media channels, and social media content goals (organic content only).
- Create, develop, & curate engaging organic content.*

**SEO**:

- Optimize copy and landing pages for search engine optimization
- Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
- Research and implement content recommendations for organic SEO success
- Develop and implement link building strategy

**Performance Reporting**:

- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, using data insights to drive continuous improvement and optimize content strategies.
- Create and maintain monthly executive reports showcasing mid-funnel performance metrics.
- Conduct content audits based on performance of content tactic, platform, and theme to assess and report on effectiveness, and provide recommendations for improvement.

**General**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content initiatives are aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in content strategy and digital marketing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience working as a Content Strategist, Content Marketer, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of content strategy principles and best practices, with a track record of developing successful content strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft and edit compelling and persuasive content for various audiences and channels.
- Proficiency in using project management and scheduling tools (asana, later, sprout social, etc.)
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and experience in optimizing content for search engines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights to drive content strategy decisions.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage teams, multiple projects, and deadlines.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative content ideas and solutions.
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and emerging technologies.
- Portfolio of previous content strategy work or writing samples is highly desirable.
