**Duties**:

- Manage and oversee site supervisors and trades remotely, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, with a focus on delivering exceptional client service that embodies _Constructive Hospitality_.
- Coordinate with project stakeholders including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors, building strong relationships to ensure smooth project execution. Remember, _Personalization Creates Loyalty_—we build relationships, not just projects.
- Develop and implement project schedules and timelines, with an emphasis on maintaining reliability because _Consistency Breeds Trust_.
- Conduct regular site visits (where feasible) or virtual inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards, always thinking ahead—_Anticipation Beats Reaction_.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and control costs effectively throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and oversee rough-in and final inspections, ensuring all necessary approvals and certifications are obtained.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment at all project sites.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks, embodying our commitment to _Write Everything Down_—document to deliver, detail to excel.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 15 years** of experience in construction project management, with a strong emphasis on retail build-outs and remote management.
- A **proven track record** of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in **remote management** of site supervisors and construction teams.
- **Strong leadership skills** with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.

- Proficiency in **project management software** and tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, etc.).
- A solid understanding of **construction contracts**, documents, and specifications.
- **Exceptional communication skills**, both written and verbal, to foster trust and clarity in every interaction.

**Nice-to-Have Skills**:

- **Professional certifications** such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CMIT (Certified Manager in Construction) are a plus.
- **Experience with LEED** or other sustainability certifications in construction projects.
- Familiarity with **local building codes, regulations,** and permitting processes.
