**Education Requirements**
- College level education in Engineering Technology or similar experience.
**Work Experience Requirement**
- 1 to 3 years of experience in electromechanical QA or assembly is an asset. New graduates welcome.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Completing final tests and software installation, including system functional checks.
- Maintaining quality assurance checklists and inventory close-out documentation.
- Recording ISO shipping documentation.
- Wiring, troubleshooting and assembling multi-camera vision systems.
- Soldering and hardware debugging.
- Communicating with engineers and management to improve and optimize the manufacturing process.
- Well organized, able to manage a variety of tasks in parallel in a manufacturing environment
**Skills**
- Hands-on experience in electrical wiring, cable organization and mechanical assembly is a must.
- Understanding of electrical circuits and schematics.
- Experience soldering PCB components.
- Familiarity with machine shops and power tools.
- Knowledge of Windows computer systems and software.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others including other technicians, engineers and management.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision. Must be a self-starter.
- Technical writing skills are a must.
- Experience or familiarity with quality control or inventory management is an asset.
