**Job Summary**
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Route Driver to join our team. The Route Driver will be responsible for transporting goods to various locations while ensuring timely delivery and excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety and efficiency, as well as the ability to handle heavy lifting and operate commercial vehicles.

**Duties**
- Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products to designated locations.
- Load and unload goods, ensuring proper handling of items during transport.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety compliance.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delivery schedules and any potential issues.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery confirmations.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to coordinate loading and unloading processes efficiently.
- Utilize forklifts or other equipment as necessary for moving heavy items safely.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred, with a valid driver's license required.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills are essential for effective interaction with customers and team members.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting consistently throughout the workday.
- Experience operating forklifts or similar equipment is a plus.
- A background in customer service will enhance interactions with clients during deliveries.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour

Additional pay:

**Experience**:

- delivery driving: 1 year (preferred)
