**PROFILE**:
Javelin Technologies, a TriMech Company, is expanding our team and looking for a dedicated Warehouse Associate in our Oakville, ON office. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Customer Service, accuracy, and efficiency. As key member of the team, you are responsible for getting the right products to our customers and helping the company to grow in our fast-paced environment.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Receive and ship all incoming and outgoing products, accessories, and materials
- Inspect incoming and outgoing products, accessories, and materials against packing slips and receive electronically (where applicable)
- Load vehicles for daily deliveries / services
- Receive incoming shipments and place them into inventory in stockroom
- Handle material by hand or with use of appropriate equipment
- Obtain orders from computer terminal
- Perform regular inventory counts
- Communicate regularly with other staff on the status of orders/shipping
- Receive and Ship items through a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process
- Clean and maintain the stock area and other areas to keep a clean, safe, orderly, and professional space
- Ordering supplies and products for shipping and warehouse
- Process material orders in Netsuite/Invoice
- Navigate client portals to gather PO’s and submit invoices
- Coordinate shipments and create shipping labels for on-site and off-site staff. Any other duties or projects as assigned

**SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS**:

- Be able and comfortable working from a ladder approximately 2 meters high
- Be able to use a computer to:

- View orders for fulfillment
- Create packing lists
- Create shipping documents
- Book shipments with carriers
- Add notes and other relevant information to an order
- Print the required shipping labels and documentation
- Related warehousing experience is asset
- Be able to operate bar code scanners
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- The position is physically demanding, and you must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Lift up to 65 lbs.
