Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of meals in our kitchen. Your attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our restaurant.

**Duties**:

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistent quality and presentation of dishes
- Cook food items according to established recipes and guidelines
- Monitor food cooking temperatures to ensure food safety standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling, food safety, and proper sanitation practices
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
