**The Opportunity - Treasury Analyst**:
The Treasury Analyst is part of a newly established Treasury Team. The Treasury Analyst will report to the Treasury Manager and will have a focus on day-to-day banking operations and treasury functions. The Treasury Analyst will also work closely with the entire Financial Reporting team and other stakeholders to ensure the treasury operations runs smoothly.

The Treasury Analyst will be in a unique position to learn about the operations of a high-growth and international company. The Treasury Analyst will have the opportunity to provide meaningful feedback on current banking processes and develop relationships with all levels of stakeholders.

**What You'll Do as a Treasury Analyst**
- Monitor daily cash transactions in all bank accounts and update daily cash in cash flow model
- Assist with cash balance analysis across the banks and initiate internal bank transfers
- Assist with manual payment processing (ACH/Wires/EFT) until we go live on host-to
- host payments automation
- Prepare semi-monthly bank payment file - compare uploaded payments in the bank to AP file, cross-verify vendor bank details
- Payroll payouts (Canada and US payouts, EMEA payouts)
- Host-to-host file maintenance
- Credit card and TripActions maintenance (ie: issuance of new cards, downloading of monthly statements for Financial Reporting team to record)
- Participate in the review of internal processes. Make continuous improvements to treasury and banking processes
- Participate in ad hoc projects

**What You'll Bring to the Role**
- Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance or a related field
- 2 - 3 years of banking relationship/treasury operations experience
- Exceptional time management skills which allows for the ability to produce deliverables in short timeframes
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A strong sense of ownership, curiosity, entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen
- Familiarity with Netsuite and banking portals is a nice to have. Experience in the SaaS industry is an asset
