Our company is looking for a passionate and dynamic **Stockroom/Inventory Coordinator** to join our team In this role, you will maintain the stockroom in an organized fashion, receive materials into the stockroom, verify correct quantities, perform inventory transactions on the materials, and ensure that quantities in the ERP system are correct while maintaining a minimum 95% accuracy level.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Perform receiving inspections, handle, store and maintain control of all inventory items with a high degree of accuracy
- Assist in processing all inventory movements between locations/buildings (issuing and completion of work orders)
- Conduct weekly cycle counts to support Purchasing and the Production Schedule
- Identify and implement inventory process improvements
- Procure, manage & issue consumables and supplies to plant employees as required
- Establish and maintain a working relationship and partnerships with vendors
- Perform related administrative duties as required by the stockroom procedures and policies
- Maintain positive relations with Purchasing / Production / Shipping & Receiving representatives in adjacent buildings while always acting with professional ethics
- Frequent / ongoing communication with Purchasing, Manufacturing Supervisor and Lead Hands
- Adhere to and upkeep the ISO Quality guidelines for stockroom responsibilities
- Ad hoc duties as required
- Must have a good understanding of Inventory Management and industry standard material movement practices in a fast moving manufacturing environment
- Familiar with standard warehouse concepts, practices and techniques, but willing to learn industry and company specific practices
- High level of organizational skills with careful and consistent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing with both internal and external vendors and employees
- Self-motivated, professional, flexible; able to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong skills in prioritizing work according to set deadlines
- Strong problem identification and resolution skills
- Willing to work in a very fast paced environment
